Has anyone had problems with the iPhoneXR? The phone call quality is choppy and robotic so that I cannot understand what's being said. Verizon is my provider; I've never had problems like this with all my previous iPhones.

Thank you for trying to help. Nothing worked. :( When I make a call the other person's voice sounds like a choppy robot and delayed. I want to return the phone, unfortunately no Apple store is open in my area, not even for appointments.
