How can I change the seasons on my apple podcast?

We would like to figure out how to remove seasons from our apple podcast.

If you mean remove a season then just delete the episodes concerned, however you will want to renumber all subsequent seasons.
If you want to stop using seasons altogether you will need to remove the <itunes:season> tag from all episodes. Please see
