i was watching somthing on Safari and it opened up a tab and said your iPhone has been hacked. I opened it and it said do not close this tab,a hacker is tracking you if you do not install this and do somthing about it they will send every in your contacts your camera roll then I clicked the link and installed the app in the App Store and it scanned my iPhone and said 8 viruses detected. Is my iPhone hacked?
no, that is a spam pop up trying to get you to do something that might compromise your account. unless your iPhone is jailbroken, you have an extremely low chance that your phone could every be hacked. Just close the tab.
