Notes on Icloud

I accidentally disabled and deleted notes on my icloud from my macbook than all my notes disappeared from my iphone. I tried to go on icloud log in page but the notes are not there. Can you please help me find a way to recover them? I really need them 😭

iCloud Notes not updating Notes in Ventura or in iOS don't appear in iCloud Notes. No system I'm logged into, iPadOS or even Monterey, will update iCloud, and consequently nothing syncs across platforms. Notes are switched on in Apple ID iCloud on all devices. System Status is Ok. The last note that appeared iCloud was on Nov 30. Other iCloud systems, Mail and Calendar, are all still syncing. The problem seems to be only in Notes. Does anyone know how to overcome this? Is there some switch for iCloud to sync aside from those on the various platforms? It's a huge problem for me if Notes doesn't sync. Thanks very much for any assistance.

Can I recover a note after it has been deleted permanently? Is there any way to recover notes even if it was deleted from ‘recently deleted’. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Locked Notes is blank after unlock on Mac Ventura, other devices work fine. Notes content are blank after unlock: In my case: Ventura: 13.0 (22A380) => Open a locked note by finger print => No contents => try by password => no content too => and I will never got the content shown in my Mac. Open locked note on iPad pro with FaceId or on iphone with password is both work So I think there was a bugs on the client device. To fix it, I tried to re-sync the Notes from Setting > iCloud > Unticked then re-ticked the Notes app. And it worked for serveral time, several days. A few moment ago, the issue repeated. So sad! The issue happens with only single note, the other locked note still have content

It sounds like they may have been deleted but try the following just in case - Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
