iphone XR not charging fully after recent ios13.6 update

I recently updated my iPhone to the most recent iOS. Since then, it no longer charges fully. I usually charge overnight and I am finding it only at 75% charged.

Is there a way to fix this, or uninstall this update so my phone will charge normally again? Thanks!
