Is there an adapter for the MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020) that you can buy and attach you iphone headphones to the computer? Not wireless headphones.

Depends on your iPhone headphones. If they're the older version with the 3.5mm plug, those can just be plugged into the Mac. If they are the Lightning headphones, you can use a Lightning-to-USB-C adapter. But honestly, it would be cheaper to just get a standard pair of earbuds/headphones.
