What is the battery health% in the Settings, Battery?
It sounds like a faulty battery.
The iPhone 11 isn't old enough for this to happen naturally. I'd say it's faulty hardware and you should contact Apple Support to resolve the issue.
You can try restoring to factory settings, but be sure to make a backup beforehand like the guide says. If I had to guess, I'd say this won't solve it, it may be worth a shot if you have the time though.
Dead as in phone turns off and you can only turn it on again after putting it on a charger? When you charge it, does it start from a much lower charge level than when it died? Are you running the latest version of iOS, version 13.6?
It can be on 60% and then boom down to 10% and if I don’t put it on the charge within like a minute or 2 it turns completely off until it’s put on charge. When I put it on charge and it comes back on it goes back to the 60% it was on. And yes I am updated to the 13.6
Max health percent 96%
