I'm having problems with my I phone 7 Plus , my phone Has 5G and its full so I purchased 50Gs and its still saying that my storage is full what do I need to do to remedy this problem

You cannot buy more storage on your phone. It will always have the amount of storage it came with. You have purchased iCloud space which is Apple's syncing service. To create more space on your phone, you must delete photos, messages , apps, etc.. Be sure to save important photos and data to your computer or an external disc.
