I was hijacked,and everything i had including my iphone 10 was stolen from me, forced and shot twice for the icloud logins and its password. My Icloud logins were changed by them as well but recovered it a month later thru Apple support.
Is there a way, Apple can help me block my phone using the serial number of the phone please ????
Because i still have the box and the details as well.

No Apple won't do that. You can contact your cell phone provider and have them blacklist the phone.
