my cellular data is no responding
that problem appeared when i first used my new iphone , i tried to fix it but the cellular data page in my iphone setting doesn’t show up it shows only a blank page

Contact your cellular data provider.
Make sure your device is up to date (Settings > General > Software Update), and try a restart, then if that does not work try resetting your network settings (Settings General > Reset > Reset Network Settings), and if all that fails, check with the folks at your cellular carrier.
