Lock screen sound bug

Have a month old iPhone 11 Pro. It was running iOS 13.6 when I bought it new. The lock screen sound worked with the media volume all the way up and not when it was down. The change volume with buttons setting was turned off. Anyhow, found out that turning Siri on with the double power button was the cause. Turned that off and I had a lock screen sound again. Now Apple updated again and I’m having the same issue as before but can’t find the cause.


Iphone 11 pro

running IOS 13.6.1

siri with double power button is set to off

change with buttons setting off

apple pay with double power button is set to off

Media volume up = lock screen sound

media volume down = no lock screen sound


please help. These Apple bugs are frustrating

Thanks for your post! We understand the lock screen sound is not functioning on your device. We see the settings you have enabled. Does the issue persist if the device is on silent?
