Why my phone keeps having the full storage even after I deleted almost all my apps and all my pictures and bought an extra 50GB of storage? This is getting very uncomfortable.

You cannot buy more storage space for your phone. It will always have the amount it came with. You bought space in iCloud which is apple's syncing service which is used to keep apps insync over multiple devices. Th only way to regain any space on your phone is to delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. Be sure to save photos and other important data to your computer or an external disc.
