Inability to Change my previous Bank details to my current one

Hello,

I made several attempt to buy 50gb to no avail, i then tried to change my previous bank detail to my current bank detail to afford me the access to buying more space in my iCloud. To this moment i could not proceed.

I hope my problem will be solve through this platform.
