I watch series 1 Stuck at Erase all content and settings option and looping

Hi

I have Apple watch series 1 38 mm, and just updated to the latest watchOS 2 days ago (with my iPhone x)

After charging it for sometime, when I took it, the side button was unresponsive and the watch restarted by itself. It gave me the Erase all content and settings option, and it failed every time I tried.

It always stuck at around 75% from completion

I've tried unpairing it from my iPhone and remove from Find My iPhone, no luck.

Can anyone give me some insight? Thank you very much

We see you're having trouble getting your watch back up and running. It appears that you've already done a lot of the troubleshooting we would recommend you to do in this case.

Did unpairing and pairing again work at all or did the device remain unresponsive? If it remained unresponsive we'd suggest reaching out for hardware support here: Get Support
