Apple Watch storage space for update

My Apple Watch is saying I don't have enough storage space available for the latest software update 6.2.8. I've deleted off every app it will allow me to delete, but am still left with activity, photos & camera, calendar and contacts that are taking up storage, but other than Activity, I don't use any of the rest. How do a manage those or delete the data to have more storage space?
