My watch uses the name Bob instead of Jenny. I have the name of my watch saying Jenny’s watch.

Siri knows who you are if you have specified your personal information in your Contacts app.

Open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap Contacts

Tap My Info

Select your personal entry in the Contacts app

If you don't have an entry, make one.
