I can not log into Facetime on my Macbook air

Whenever I try to log in, it says there is no reachable addresses and they tell me to sign in to appleid.apple.com to add one. I have logged into my account and added an additional email. I then tried logging in using that email and my apple ID email again, yet they still both didn't work and told me the same prompt. I logged out of Facetime on my phone and could log in using my apple ID without any issues, it just my laptop bringing me the prompt.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
