Separate Family Sharing Storage into separate subscriptions

Hi! My partner and I currently share the 2TB plan. We only use about 120GB each so I would like to take her off the Family Sharing plan and instead enrol us both in individual 200GB plans. How do I do this without losing either of our data? Thanks in advance for the help!

Simply stop the Family Sharing and enroll in the individual plans for 200GB. No data should be lost.
