I just purchased the new Iphone SE. I got it on line with a trade-in. I should get a refund of $110 onceApple receive my old Iphone. But my new Iphone SE was supposed to arrived with a trade-in envelop or a shipping label. Neither came with the new Iphone SE (I double check that). What can I do to carry out the trade-in with my old Iphone 7?
