My phone is stuck on apple logo i dont know what to do?

i tried it and nothing just goes black then apple pops up then does the little vibrate but stays at that screen. if i hold the lock button long enough goes black and stays off. but thats it

i cant log into my icloud to try cause it wants to send me a text but i cant see my text obviously.
