I Use Optus for mobile data on I-pad pro, last week optus sim stopped and in mobile data I now see Gigsky and Truphone - blocking data access to my optus sim. Anyone else having this tyoe of Issue? ( I have apple working on it - not hardware issue)

I Use Optus for mobile data on I-pad pro (my sons), last week optus sim stopped and in mobile data I now see Gigsky and Truphone - blocking data access to my optus sim. Anyone else having this type of Issue? ( I have apple working on it - not hardware issue) When I say blocking they are the only information I see on the screen and prevent me accessing the data screen and options.
