I have an iPhone 8 that is out of warranty and doesn’t have AppleCare+. The back glass is broken as shown in the picture below. How much would this cost to replace? I know a normal screen replacement is $149, but is this different?

I don’t believe Apple replaces the back glass.
I believe they do a replacement, in your case an out of warranty replacement.
