I downloaded the macOS catalina update (macOS Catalina 10.15.6 Supplemental Update) but when I do the restart it doesn't install the update as you can see in the pictures. Can anyone please help me to finish the installation?

I'm seeing the same issue, although unless 673 GB available is not enough space, that doesn't explain why I'm seeing this problem.
And restarting, or resetting PRAM, or booting in Safe Mode... none of these make a difference.

Have you tried updating through the terminal?
Open the terminal app and type in the following command
softwareupdate -i -a

I solved the problem by removing some space
The MacOS update is stuck
