Phone call from Apple?

we Have received 2 phone calls (one on my husband’s cell and one on our home phone. They say the our iCloud account has been breached and to press 1 for Apple Support before using any of our devices. They do not give a number or identify themselves. I want to check with you to see if this is a known scammer or if our iCloud accounts have indeed been breached.

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
