I can’t hear WhatsApp notifications on iPhone 11, I don’t get a sound until I unlock screen.
All sound settings are on & volume full but only get sound when I unlock screen.
i have updated app, deleted & reinstalled app, reset settings within WhatsApp, IOS updated.
iPhone 11, iOS 13
Open WhatsApp > Settings > Notifications >
Check if you have not selected Non of any of the above.
