Apple pin can't move

Hi there. I am trying to claim my business and I can't drag the pin to the correct location, the whole map just moves. Can you help me?

The trick is to click on the pin, hold it for a second and then it will shift up a bit and be movable. Took me a lot of time to figure out. Totally unintuitive.

Hello, I've made multiple reports about my apple business pin location not being correct. Our physical address is correct but the pin is showing up on the building next to our building. I repeatedly have tried to update the pin location on the apple business connect but it never changes location after I update it. It's been months and it has still not been fixed. I even made a post about it on this forum two months ago and they resolved a different issue, but not the pin location being wrong. Steps I've taken to resolve this: -Made multiple reports from multiple different phones -Made a post on this forum -Deleted/recreated/updated the physical address on the business page (multiple times) -Updated the pin location on the business page (multiple times) Any suggestions for how to get this resolved?

Incorrect pin location on some maps Aloha: My work address is ****. When I enter this address on my phone, the pin shows in the correct place. When other people enter the address on their phones, the pin is in the wrong place. I thought I had updated this but could an old version IOS cause the pin to be the wrong location? If you log in to Apple Maps connect on your computer, you can navigate to the map in your listing, click and hold your mouse on the misplaced pin, then press shift on your keyboard and you should be able to drag the pin to the correct location.

Touch and hold any location on the Apple Map to drop a pin.

That's not what I'm asking. I'm in Maps Connect and it won't let me pick the correct location for my business. Dropping a pin isn't an option.
