Cannot change audio to 2 channels
I have BT headphones and I am trying to change it to 2ch but it will force 1ch.
Please help

We understand you are attempting to use 2 channels with your Bluetooth headphones.
Channel availability depends on the output being used.
Can we ask, does the issue persist when using a different pair of headphones?
If so, we would recommend performing an NVRAM Reset. You can learn how to do so here: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac.
It may also be worth your time to contact the headphone manufacturer for support.
