Bluetooth on iPhone 11 Pro

I can’t switch Bluetooth off on my iPhone 11 Pro. If I do, next time I take my phone, it’s switched on again. Does this mean my phone is faulty? Thanks

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

Hello ziza1,

We understand your concern with Bluetooth turning on randomly after turning it off on your iPhone, and we'd like to help.

In iOS 11, and later, to shut Bluetooth and Wi-Fi fully off, you have to do that through settings not Control Center. You can find more info on that here:

Use Bluetooth and Wi-Fi in Control Center

If you already turning off Bluetooth by going to: Settings > Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth, and still having issues with Bluetooth turning on by itself, please restart your iPhone normally by following these steps:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, make sure your iPhone is up-to-date on software. When you navigate to: Settings > General > Software Update do you see any available updates?

If so, please back up your iPhone, then update as explained in the following links:
