I need to erase my passcode. I forgot.

I need to erase or reset passcode that unlocks my phone. It is disabled

This is the ONLY way that you can unlock your phone. You will need to use a computer.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

If you don’t have a computer, borrow someone else’s or take your phone to an Apple Store for help.
