Apple display repair costs on older devices

I have an iPhone 3GS that has lines on the screen. Apple’s screen repair costs only go down to the 5c/5s, and other repairs to the 4/4s. Does Apple not repair these anymore? Where can I get a replacement screen?

No. They are obsolete. Apple no longer services them.

Honestly, you need to look into getting a new phone. Beginning next year, many carriers are going to start phasing out their 3G networks. If you don't have an LTE capable phone, you won't be able to get service in most of the US by 2022.
