Thank you for your response fox the answer you gave me leads me to the link that shows finding the computer on a Mac system or tablet or iPhone it has nothing to do with Microsoft I’m on 92 now and I can’t update to 1011 I don’t know if there’s a mirror link with an older version but I definitely cannot get to 13 at this point
I received the all up-to-date message when using Samsung as far as the drivers it would not allow me to access some other type of information though that may have led me to be able to complete the update unless I just didn’t have the right knowledge to do it. I’ve tried going through account recovery options tried going through the Apple ID I have not been able to come up with a solution any help at all. That is also why I suggested a mirror site for older versions perhaps if I got to 10- 11 from the 9.2 I unsure??

Negative.I am shown the update. Told to link to computer, The update link stays a dull grey if I try to accept the update.
So how do you link it to the computer?
Tried that and I had used a usb to tether to the Samsung laptop. Very frustrating
