Did anyone run into the “feature unavailable” error when trying to activate your Apple Card?
you can call Goldman Sachs at 1-877-255-5923 to activate the card. Are you using the same Apple ID you used to apply for the card?
For those who are reading this and having the same issue, I called the Goldman Sachs number and the representative was unable to help. However, her solution was to send me a new card and cancel my current physical card. I am now waiting for the new card in the mail and will try to activate that when I arrives. I will then update this thread.
Yes i am. I was on with the Apple messaging system and that was a whirlwind of junk. They kept scheduling my call appointment wrong because they inputted the wrong phone number twice. I guess I’ll just call them myself. Thanks for the notice. Will post back after calling
