Ask HP.

Based on a web search for HP and the number, I find an HP ENVY Pro 6455 printer, and related support listings, and the specs for that printer indicate AirPrint support (which avoids needing vendor drivers) as well as for macOS 10.12 through macOS 10.15.

So... the answer is seemingly “yes, the HP ENVY Pro 6455 printer works with macOS 10.13.”
