First my Airpods Pro don't start playing music from my phone automatically, I have to manually start the music, second it won't forward to the next song when I tape the right ear piece twice. It just keeps playing.

Looks like you're having some trouble with some of the functions of your AirPods Pro, and we'll be happy to look into this with you.
To start, do you have audio playing while connecting your AirPods Pro when the content doesn't start automatically playing?
Have you also made any changes to the settings of the AirPods Pro on the device you're using them with? We have a great article that goes over how to make adjustments to these settings, which you can check out directly here: Adjust the settings of your AirPods
With the AirPods Pro, you're going to want to set the press and hold settings, rather than tapping. To skip forward, double-press the force sensor on the stem of an AirPod. Here's an article with some more tips and visualizers that may help: Connect and use your AirPods and AirPods Pro
