Can someone share an email address for submitting a customer complaint?

There usually aren't simply 'email addresses' to Contact Apple.

Further into site, contact methods are revealed.

PS: main Contact Apple has several access points.

Corporate main address (mail/street/ph#) is shown.

These may allow you to find who to contact; but

avoid rants or irrelevant higher 'rare atmospheric'

content without grounded reference.


To 'Go to Top' for typically in-store management

level advice or sales support; seems a bit too far.


These support Community replies are often from

individuals who are not representative of Apple..


Nor are most of us who participate here, given any

compensation, or any favored access; just like you.


Since 2003 I've 'occasionally helped' some here.

Thank you. The only way is to go through the support website and typing in a complaint in the feedback section (apple.com/feedback) They do not even allow for attaching a document. Clearly they have no interest in learning when matters go in the wrong direction. This company needs a robust customer experience department. Seems to me that the CEO is out in space and has no clue of the pain that customers go through when attempting to do business with Apple. Customers shopping for essential items services deserve better!
