need to reset ipad pro without forgotten "facetime passcode"

Do you mean the Passcode for your iPad? There isn't a FaceTime Passcode.


If you have forgotten your passcode for your iPad, the code you use to open your device, you will have to erase your iPad, using your home computer, with iTunes, following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support


If you have backed up your iPad, you will be able to restore from backup after you restore the iPad. If you have not backed up your iPad, your data is gone.
