Number listed as spam caller when it should not be. Is there a way to report it as not being spam?

I just had a number listed as a spam caller but it should not be listed as spam. Is there a way let Apple know that it is not spam so that it does not come across as that when they call again? It was a reminder call for a doctor's appointment so it should not be spam for callers. I wish there is an easy way to report this number as not being spam. I also think there should be a way to report a number as spam. Both options should be listed by block number. Thanks!
