I recently deleted my contact list on my Iphone. lucky i have all the contacts on my ipad. Problem is I'm have trouble syncing my contacts from my ipad to my iphone. Is there anyone who can help?
iPhone XR, iOS 13
Go to Settings > Your Name, iCloud, iTunes & App Store
Tap iCloud
Make sure Contacts is turned on on your iPad
Now to got your iPhone and do the same. This does assume you are using the very same Apple ID on both your iPad and your iPhone.

I did that and it says it synced, but when i go to my phone its not there. Also, i double checked on my icloud and there are no contacts there.
I am using the same Apple ID for both devises.
I'm sorry, but if you deleted your contacts and they were not in the cloud, you deleted them. The only way you can get them back is if you have a backup from before you deleted them.
