i cant see my contact in icloud

If you are not syncing Contacts with iCloud, you won’t be able to see them. What I mean by syncing contacts is if you go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Apps using iCloud>Contacts>On, that is how you sync your contacts with iCloud. If you are including your contacts in the iCloud backup, rather than syncing them with iCloud, you will not see them in iCloud.com. You can’t see anything that is included in a backup.
