Cancelling subscription

Hello . I have a problem . About 1 month ago I cancelled my subscription VSCO because I bought it accidentally and it took 20 dollars from my card . I already wrote to support and they told me that I will have my money back . But it’s been more than month and I don’t have my refund . Please help me have my money back .
