Stack photos
Have Photo albums organised by year. In the past you could stack related photos as one, but that will not work anymore. Any suggestions?

No, that is not possible. Photos does not have stacks like we had in Aperture.
Photos does automatically stack photos taken in a quick succession. You will find them in a Bursts album. Otherwise the only way to group related Photos is to collect them in an album, so you can compare them and select the photos you want to keep.
