When I try to upgrade to Mojave or Catalina I have this message when I try to download "This update requires macOS version 10.14.
I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) and currently installed High Sierra 10.13.6.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave or Catalina via the links provided. The updaters on Apple Support's website only work for people who've previously gotten the OS involved from the Mac App Store or preloaded.

I checked the compatibility and my macbook is okay for both Mojave or Catalina (MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)). I tried these links and does not show Mojave as option at app store, and I tried to download Catalina and keeps showing the message: "This update requires macOS version 10.14."
I can't upgrade my macOS to Mojave or Catalina.
