When I receive a notification from the Activity app, it doesn’t recognise my name. I tried many things, for example: changing my name on my phone and watch, turning off then on receiving notifications from Activity app, but nothing helped me. Does somebody else know anything about this problem? Thank you

The information your phone uses to identify your names is based off of your personal contact card. Here is how to check that card on your paired iPhone to be sure it's set up correctly.
Add your contact info on iPhone - Apple Support

Yes, it finally solved my problem, today it recognised my name! My problem was that I wrote my full name as my vorname, so I changed it and everything is OK now. I saw your reply today, sorry for that!
