This iPad belong to NYC dept. Of education - I cannot iNSTALL THE SOFTWARE UPDATE NOR THE YOUTUBE IS PLAYNG BACK

I have an IPad loaned to me from Department of education, (DOE)I am trying to prepare them for the school year as per DOE text message which says ( they have some update for the IPad. I tried updating the software but it’s not allowing me to do so because (install now) is not a hyperlink. There is a new software update alert. Please help

You need to take it up with whomever is administering your ipad. They obviously have a profile on it that only allows certain things to be done on the device.
