Purchase history

Ok so I need to see my purchase history from my old iPad (I don’t have it anymore) but it’s under my other devices. I need it so I can prove I bought something to get my account back on a game:)

If you have money in the game and you are using the same Apple ID you used to download the game and buy whatever it is you bought, yes, the money should still be there. If you have changed your Apple ID however, it won't be there. Again, apps are tied to the Apple ID they were downloaded under.

Your purchase history is retained for 18 months by going to the Apple Store. After that, you'd need to find the original purchase receipt to prove ownership. If you purchased it from Apple directly, you can reach out to them (this is a user to user only forum) and see if they can help you further.

It's really smart to keep your original purchase receipts on anything you buy from Apple.

If you purchased Roblox and you are still using the same Apple ID you purchased it under (apps are forever tied to the Apple ID, they were downloaded under), it will show in your App Purchase history in the App Store. It will either be already on your device, or it will be listed with a cloud icon next to it. All you EVER have to do to download any app you've purchased in the past, is go to the App Store (again, it has to be under the same Apple ID you used to purchase it originally) and download it again.

This also assumes you own a device which is capable of running the app. Many older devices have out of date software not capable of running many modern apps.
