Safari CANNOT connect to the server!
Safari 9.1.3, most of the websites I try to visit, Safari CANNOT connect to the server! What is going on? Apple website pages and more.

Have you checked the App Store for an update for Safari? You are using an old version, which may be the problem because it doesn't comply wit the latest Internet standards.
