I want to transfer my music from one Apple ID to a different Apple ID
I have to Apple IDs I want to have only one but I don’t wanna lose my music how do I transfer to a new Apple ID

You won't be able to transfer your music to a second Apple ID. But, despite other other data losses that will occur you can set up family sharing between your IDs to share purchases made with them. See:
