Is there any way for me to recover a deleted voice memo from over a year ago?

A few years back, I was low on storage and deleted a lot of my nostalgic voice memos.

Of course, now that I want them back, they are no longer there.

Is there ANY way for me to restore my voice memos?

**This is for iPhone 6s and iPad

If you have backup, you can. Remember, if you do not restore systematically, you will lose all your current data from your device. Tip: Take multiple backup on iTunes before proceeding to restore.
