Order didn't appear on Apple Store app

I just bought an iPad Pro and I can perfectly trace my order yesterday but just now my order didn't appear both on Apple Store app and on the website when I tried to check the status. What should I do?

Check again today. If it is not there, contact Apple directly.

Issues with Online Order I placed an iPhone 13 Pro Max order on January 12 and it has been stuck on Order placed for over a month now. I’ve gone to my local apple store and they can’t even figure it out.
