16-inch Macbook pro 2020 didn’t start up

Hello, Apple support communities,

I just bought a brand-new 2020 16-inch Macbook Pro. The problem is that it was supposed to start up as I lifted the lid, but it didn’t. After some time I tried to charge it, it was showing no signs until I touched the Force Touch trackpad, then it showed the battery sign. As it was written that 5 minutes time is enough for a Macbook to come to a working mode i have tried to turn it on by pressing on Touch ID (power button), but for 3 days now it never gets charged, doesn’t start up! The only thing I see is that battery sign with a flash under it! This Macbook was never used before, what can I do to solve this problem?
